These portable solar panel stands act as legs and work perfectly with a framed solar panel 100 watts or larger. By using the upper legs you’ll be able to finely adjust the solar panel to any angle to maximize solar production for any time of the year. With using the upper legs only, the bottom edge of the solar panel rests on the ground. This keeps your grass from being burned and killed, maximizes solar production, keeps solar panels cleaner, and makes portable solar much more affordable. Adding the lower leg set to the upper leg set gives you the unique advantage of having the bottom edge of the solar panel off the ground. This is critical for those who will use their solar panels in snowy conditions. The snow will melt off and pile up below the solar panel, instead of building up on the face of it. Also if you use your solar panels in grassy, bushy, or dusty areas, having the lower legs added will keep them free of power killing shade that will get cast onto the solar cells.
